Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-order periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other situations outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships.

Multiple Packages

Some items may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If your order arrives in more than one package, you will still receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears missing, please contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipping status and work with you to find the best solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.
