Thank you for shopping with Velereno. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us, and we are here to help if something is not right with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

For pet safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or exposed to pets may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help with a replacement, refund, or another solution.

Return Shipping

For general returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make the situation right.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Used pet products
Items not in original condition
Items damaged after delivery
Personalized or final-sale items
Products returned outside the return window
